The user should be aware that the 58th Scout Group does not pre-screen comments left on the site by visitors or members. We do however recieve notification when activity happens and endevour to remove any inappropraite content as soon as possible.
Withdrawal of information
Each user of acknowledges that the webmaster of 58thfife.org is entitled without prior warning to remove or withdraw material from the site. This also covers materials which have been posted by membership. The webmaster can also remove membership to the website due to this material.
Membership
Membership of www.58thfife.org is open to members of the Scout Group, Families and people who are closely assocaited only. Upon signing up for membership we will be notified and will authorise only if we recognise the person. If not then we will contact for further information.

At point of register we will ask you for your name, date of birth, town and email address. You will also be asked to supply a password. www.58thfife.org does not have access to this password. www.58thfife.org will capture your IP address during registration for security reasons
